Just to be clear you meant to say it's going to be a long time before it's recognized as a
medicine by the [Federal] government, right? There are States that are recognizing it as a medicine right NOW!

I think it will come down to the rights of States to pass their own laws, medical marijuana and other laws, not whether the Federal government recognizes it as medicine.
