I thought after yesterday that I had managed to control the smell of my urine, but much to my chagrin it began stinking in earnest once again tonight. After eliminating the Mountain Dew, changing vitamins, and continuing to aggressively irrigate I am at my last wits about how to get this smell under control. However, I seem to recall one of my first doctors having me use a vinegar/saline solution. As anybody heard of this? If so, what is the ratio of vinegar to saline?
