Never been on Noroxin. One has to find out from the lab culture WHAT drug will work on the bug one has.
Out of curiosity I'll go see what "family" Noroxin is in. Like is it broad spectrum, in the cephlasporin family or what.
Cipro has worked on my bugs for 25 yrs ONLY TAKEN WHEN SYMPTOMATIC. But my bug is resistant to IT so not this time. One more week on Amoxicillin and hopefully the bug died.

Hey Lori. I'm way behind in my q-list emails, so I hope by now you are doing better. But, I was just wondering if your doctor has ever tried the drug...Noroxin when you have a uti. This medicine usually helps me very quickly. Thought maybe this could be of some help. I have heard that things with grapefruit..juice, etc, can have an intereference with other meds, so be careful,ok. Hope you are feeling better by the time I get to more recent post. Take care.
