I saw a program once that said the ADA was responsible for most buildings, malls and many sidewalks and streets becoming handicapped accessable...so in the beginning it was great, To bad a few bad apples try too ruin everything, why can't they consider the cost and hurt they do to the entire system, and entire disabled community.                                                                                                                Dan
