Hi,

What I would suggest is try both for a weekend.  A good wheelchair sales person should let you try out a chair before you purchase it.  I know Medicare with pay a good amount on a TDX3 with recliner.  I had to pay for the up-grades to the TDX5 myself.

Subject: [QUAD-L] What's the difference between tilt & recline?

Please inform me of the difference between tilt & recline. What are the pro's & con's of each or both? Remember I have Medicaid.

What are some questions I should be asking my seating guy who is going to be fitting me and selling me a power chair? What should he know or not know?
