Talked with Joe for the 1st time last evening. I'd read about his ventures a
couple of years ago when he chose to ride one of those mechanical bulls at
the local county
fair and was thrown for the loop of his life and injured his spinal cord.
Well, he's back and living in Valparaiso, IN. and putting his life back
together after
doing some jail time at RIC, in Chicago.
He called to ask if I knew some people who wanted to "roll N stroll" in the
annual
Popcorn Parade in Valpo this year to represent the "Rollin N Strollin"
population
in Indiana.
I think I've introduced him into signing up for the next Partner's in Policy
course
this fall.... but we will have to wait and see.

Joe, admits that he has something to offer, but still has a lot to learn from
those who
teach.
