I wish I could get rid of my quad-gut.
I'm not overweight, my arms are still pretty skinny, but my gut just hangs out. I look like a Buda. I use a binder, but that doesn't help much. I wonder if one of those muscle stimulators would work. I know it wont help lose weight, but maybe it might help tighten up loose muscles?
Anyone try it and or got any other ideas to help?
