These slings work w/ the Hoyer? The one with the chains?

Many companies make them.......I have an overhead lift made by
Waverly-Glen, at 1st I only had a full body sling and I hated that, so I had
the company send me their 2 piece sling just like you described.....strap
under legs and other behind back and under arms. This kind comes on and off in
seconds and I love it......I don't need a full because i'm a c-6 and have arm
movement but not hands.
