Were these rapes at Astrodome or Superdome? I knew there was problem in NO but hadn't heard of problem in Houston .

Yesterday on Oprah ... it was all about Katrina. I only watched the first 5 minutes but the Chief of Police
was saying his partner (or colleague) committed suicide over this.
BUT FAR WORSE was some guy (or policeman) was saying that 3-yr-old babies were being raped
in the Astrodome and other atrocities.
THAT made the guy even turn from the camera as he couldn't talk of what he'd witnessed in there.
It takes a tragedy of this proportion to bring out the sickos to TAKE ADVANTAGE of the situation
by acting on the pedophilic behavior??? Jesus!
And Oprah is a billionaire several times over ... I wonder how much 'help' she directly offered other
than being filmed and crying over it?
Oprah was shocked at the rape stories as was I.
