I guess Praying Mantis have been producing like crazy because they're all over my yard too.

Praying Mantis, are supposed to be good luck as they are usually out at
night, eating
bugs. People with gardens pay heavy dollars for a bag of praying mantis.
They are shipped in the cool Spring in a cocoon. The cocoon is then hung in
the garden
to mature. It opens, and scatters those tiny critters all over your garden
to grow.
Finding one that big is truly lucky!

Strange, this must be the time of year for them. While picking peppers in
our garden we came across two brown ones that were exceptionally large.
