I've been washing and applying several different things; Desatin, baby powder, neosporin, etc.  But it won't go away.  I'm sweating so much from that area that my pants are actually damp by nighttime.  It is so sensitive to touch that I spasm violently and sweat from my head and shoulders during cleaning and applying medicine. (Slight AD included)
