You can get them at about any auto parts store.
The one I bought had alligator clips on the ends so it was connected in about 5 minutes and strapped it on my chair with zip strips.

Who did you have put the lighter on your chair? that is a great idea. Where do you buy the cigarette lighters. any particular brands that you would suggest.
