hey guys     if a person uses a power wheelchair, has limited money to purchase an accessible vehicle, and needs to travel for work, school, etc. what options does he or she have?  what type of programs are there?   Luke   p.s.  We finally have power back down here in the eastern part of the Lone Star State.
