Hi Eric,
It is my understanding that Medicare will become the main prescription coverage for meds, and they are dropping all coverage for meds in the Benzodiazepines (Systemic) family. Medicare says that this family of drugs is being over prescribed by doctors for mood relaxers, so they are not going to cover any drug from this family for those that use them for spasm control.

Talked to my case manager this morning, he didn't think there would be any changes with Medicaid covering it here in New Mexico, but it wouldn't be the first time they were wrong.
