Exactly, Steve. Nowhere does it say HOW we (us & the retirees) spend it but for most
of us THAT'S WHAT IT IS USED FOR - Food, Shelter, Clothing and anything else with
what's left over.
Mine is based on the income I got when I worked (like all those 65 & over). I just retired
very early.
