I would say asking or Praying to proper authority matters a lot -------- example... ask 911 or a policeman for help and you GET IT  ask a  Rock or a Tree and you can forget it ... in most cases you will be asking or praying to WRONG subjects forever and never get results.                                     as always this is my belief and humble opinion.                                                                                                                      Dan
