I have identified a mattress that looks perfect for me.  I am seeking  
the mighty collective knowledge  of my quadlist peers.  Following is  
the URL for this company and the mattress I am considering.  I am  
considering this because unlike most overlays or mattresses, the Span  
has firm sides allowing for easier, more predictable transfers, it  
will also pressurize for firmness when doing bed adl's and will  
hopefully prevent skin breakdowns which I have never had or want!
