It is a good mattress and I have been satisfiedwith it. I have it on a 
regular bed though. I see no reason that it wouldn't work on a hospital bed. 
Mine came out-of-pocket.

Those of you who are using this Comfort Direct mattress, does it work with 
a
standard hospital bed as far as raising and lowering the head of the bed?
Were you able to get insurance or Medicare/Medicaid to pay for it?  Would
you recommend the mattress if they had not improperly used your 
testimonial?
