| This might be a no brainer but it got past my vast knowledge of caring for my SCI body. Do you clear your rectum of stool before you insert the bullet? If you don't, you may be getting little or no benefit from it.
Also,do you take oral bisacodyl (dulcolax little orange pills) I take both senna and bisacodyl about 12-18 hours b4 my bowel program.
All my rehab people told me that i would never be able to self stim. I held up my very rigid thumb up to my ot's index finger. It was much longer, thus I stim with my thumb quite easily. Can you straighten your thumb?
