[QUAD-L] morphine pump

I am taking MS Contin, 50mg, 3x a day. It’s not working as well. It’s ok during the day, but in the evenings my back really hurts. It has helped my arms a lot though. But now my doc suggested the Morphine Pump. Anyone else use it? How well do you like it? I worry it will have problems in the future.  How bad or risky is the operation? Thanks, Greg
