[QUAD-L] PCA's on the road

those who need PCA's when you travel, do you take your own or get temp in place visiting?
if you get temp, how do you find them and know they'll do good?? how much would you pay?

 

i'm thinking of traveling without family...after i get baclofen pump..(possibly with 4-6 weeks). and not sure how i will do with/without family as aides....
