TV Alert: Paralyzed and Pregnant
In case you missed it, this weekend is your last chance to watch the excellent documentary chronicling wheeler Michelle Carston’s path to motherhood, Paralyzed and Pregnant. Despite the foreboding after-school special title, the one-hour show is an uplifting portrayal of the 35-year-old quad and her son, Pierce, and husband, Peter. It doesn’t skirt around the problems Michelle went through, but resists injecting her experience with reality-show histrionics. Paralyzed and Pregnant airs on the Discovery Health Channel at 4 p.m. EST on Sunday, July 2. |
