Man I wish I could try some of that remedy, but I'm afraid the VA might eventually do one of those tests and end up putting me in a program.  Just don't understand why they don't legalize the stuff.  I wouldn't have to take so many damn anti-spasmodic medications.

I am not endorsing illegal drugs but smoking "pot" does help with spasms.

 

Also, range of motion (rom) on your legs helps control spasms.
