It's an honest theory... that should be tested. Both on both DABs and TABs. But I can assure them before they start the study, that the government said many years ago that you calorie intake should be equal to your physical activity. Or, the less active... the less food. I would put that under 'common sense'. A bit of advice tho, we
should do our best to consume important calories such as fiber, fruit & the
veggies & of course good heart food. I don't follow my own advice but I do
preach this to my dear 3 yr old,,,good thing she only comes over for the
weekend! (grand daughter)
