Now you know why they call it addiction and not just a bad habit.  Addiction, means that one will sacrifice everything and anything to get what they want or need.  They don't care of the results, except that they get what they want.  They will make promises, that they never intend to keep, because they can't.....  That's Addiction.
 
You might consider contacting the local addiction hotline and ask about local issues, if you so wish.
 
I personally wouldn't want to be in your boots, shoes, chair or bed on this one.  But on the other hand I'd probably do the same as you have done... up until now.
 
What does one do now.  Bad Habit or Real Addiction?
