I am using the Plantronics CS50 USB wireless microphone. There are limitations if you do not have the ability to use your hands, but I have found it to be quite liberating. It does have a roughly 8 hour talk time, but if you have your telephone service over the Internet and are able to use your hands this is more than enough for an entire day. It is quite pricey, but it is nice.
I have the ability to utilize the phone with some software I downloaded from the Internet, but because I chose to have my service hardwired into my house, my microphone is always in the transmit mode whenever I have it on my head. The microphone is extremely light and I am able to wear it for up to 12 hours, possibly more, without any discomfort whatsoever.
Here is a website where they are selling it, but I am not endorsing this particular company. There are others out there which sell it for more, but provide better technical service.

Does anyone know of a wireless headset that works with DragonDictate but simultaneously allows one to use the telephone with the same microphone and headset?I would like to use my dictation software with the microphone headset but when the phone rang to also be able to answer calls, without having to go to the other side of the room and use my speakerphone.Dillon
