I would also agree with the writing issue, but its also important to know what you are facing.... CMS is the payer for equipment and services. The funds to pay for this kind of equipment and services has been diverted to other budgets, mainly overseas...... CMS, never really had the proper amount of funding from the beginning to fund equipment and services. CMS, has been embarrassed by so many reports of abuse in the field, draining precious funding.
