FEMA - has no more money. Their trailers are fire traps. The employees took as much as they gave out. Really pisses me off since I don't get meals on wheel any more. Too many Katrina people to take care of.
All the "fancy" people couldn't get a flight because of the snow & you know they had to be assured the media would be there. Isn't it a shame that there still has to be curfews a year & a half after the storm. New Orleans is a city UNDER the Mississippi River. Never should have been built in the first place. Our gov trained NOLA residents well. You don't have it, just tell me & I will get it for you. Texas can't get rid of all the Katrina people. We have a better welfare system.
