I sure feel silly. When power goes off here I have a flashlight I can shake and radio/cd player. When things get bad, I have a 1000 watt power inverter for the wheelchair batteries to operate my bed and whatever else. (I know it doesn't add life to my batteries.) Yes, it has the automatic lock off control. It is powered by natural gas.
