I do take liquid Tylenol when it gets unbearable. I also have a cool vest which has a chemical coolant in the ice packs. Keeps the core of my body cool.
Heating pads are sent from HE**. Since I have no feeling, don't know when to turn it off. Really bad burn from going to sleep with one on my stomach.
