I was reading about AD on that site and agree with e/thing except going to an ER. I have AD triggered by pain about once every few weeks. I haven't gone to the ER since 1984. They really weren't any help. I printed it because it is a serious attempt to help people understand. I can't explain AD while it's happening. I turn bright red on one side of my face, I mean a perfect split down my face with blood preasure higher on the red side but still high on both sides. Never have gotten a good explaination of that. It didn't mention bone pain and I can't be the only quad with bones like chalk. The blood preasure meds with a combination of valium and hydrocodone helps me. Anxiety is a good barometer for me. My aids know I don't get anxious, so it starts alarm bells. The pitts is when I'm alone and it begins suddenly. Good work Jim. You have my thanks. john -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [email protected]; [email protected] Sent: Thu, 1 Mar 2007 9:03 PM Subject: [QUAD-L] World Spine Society | Spine Resources
