Hi Dana, I just got a DVR from our local cable company. It cost $15 a month and well worth it. It works like a TIVO. I can watch one channel and save another channel or program it to record when I am not here. When you are watching a saved program you can just zip past commercials, and that will save you about 15 minutes time.
