Greg, good point about the bladder.  When I had doubled up on the vitamins I 
would occasionally see more sediment in my urine and then I would cut back and 
the sentiment would clear up.  Keep an eye on your urine it is a good idea.

Same here Dan. However, shortly thereafter
I began having bladder spasms like never
before. Because I have taken Vitamin C for 
20 years, I didn't think that was the source 
of the problem. The multivitamin I chose had 
Zinc in it so I stopped taking it and in three
or four days, the bladder spasms stopped. 
I was bladder spasm-free for two weeks, then 
began taking the multivitamin again just to see
if they would return. On the second day I began
having them again so I stopped for good.

I see that One-A-Day has a multivitamin named 
One-A-Day Essential that does not list Zinc nor
Iron in the supplement info. I might give them 
a try.
