Do you folks bring a caregiver and pay for their flight and hotel?
Do you hire one wherever you might be going?

i always bring a caregiver w/ me -- usually my sister so that works
nicely. but no matter who i bring i pay all their expenses -- flight,
hotel, and food plus i pay them by the hour for my care. it adds up
to quite a bit but thats what i gotta do to have some fun and get out
of the cold maine winters! i greatly appreciate their help and want
to compensate accordingly.
