Hey, When your using a sling back there are a few things to take into consideration. 1)How tall is the back 2)Does the back have tension adjustment straps If your back is considerably tall and has adjustment straps tightened all the way, then I would think it would work, but the first few times you tilt have someone stand behind you until you have trust in it...also make sure your seatbelt is tight. I personally like solid backs better...I started off with an ottobock the back, then moved on to a traditional Jay 2 back. I like these because they make me feel safer, more in control....and less bow in upper back when im sitting. ron c7
