I have a 1998 IMS conversion with a sliding door. The door mechanism lasts under 2 years and I am told that the motor gets weak and will not pull the door with sufficient strength to latch the door. The door also runs slower than normal. I understand IMS sold to Braun and I can keep purchasing new door mechanism @ $1200 each. Sorry, it just doesn't sound right. Any one have any experience or know where to get a motor. The tracks are cleaned and lubed with 3in1 Silicone spray each month. Glenn A Henry
