I can see Nikki why you would be so frustrating and ready to sue. I can't believe all the time he made you wait and everything they told she was not correct. I think I would talk to somebody in there and office for sure and then find out your rights. I'm sure Wheelchair will have some good ideas. So sorry for all your troubles. Dana
