 Hi,  W--- you were asking about my starting PH, I know you can buy test strips 
to check the ph acid/alkaline but I have never bought any to try so far....even 
tho I did start on the Apple cider vinegar,,, man that stuff is pretty potent 
even with honey and water  LOL ,    Oh well anything tasting that bad must be 
good for you right?  ;-)   Dan H.
