Prune juice is great, when taken.... not too often.  Its very healthy  in 
small amounts once or twice a week.
If it works for you then do it.  Prunes, raisins, apricots and other  fruits 
and veggies work just as well.  A little "ruffage" is also good. But  so is 
orange juice, in proper amounts
