I'm Bill H. and I too am a teacher at the community college level. I teach writing and marketing. Too qualify for this group I had to become a T-1 & T-2 quadriparesis of 6 years. I guess I am the only quadriparesis here on the list, unless someone else decides to trade in their diagnosis. I just turned 66 and I just ordered a new wheelchair. I promised the group I would write detailing my experiences in obtaining a new wheelchair. My old one is from the 1960's, no kidding. My physiatrist took one look at it and said it was dangerous. I am fairly new to the list, new enough that I don't have name recognition, but I plan on changing that. Pleased to meet you. Bill H. from Illinois said that.
