Thanks Merrill- I get a bump from stimulant beverages from time to time. But I feel so tired and sluggish allot- my pressure was 42 over 28 the other morning (shortly after getting up, then it slowly increased). I am not normally that low; more like 70 to 90 over 50 to 70 is my normal range. However- I tend to feel more sluggish when my bowels are causing me fits; so maybe that has/is been a part of my problem?
