Most people will spend their rebate on gasoline. The rest of us will pay it out on higher prices for everything else. The price of coal has jumped because they use a lot of fuel to get it out of the ground and deliver it, so electric goes up. I predict Summer fuel will hit $4.50 then drop back to $4.10 after labor day. Is everyone playing the CNBC stock game?
