Be careful trying to purchase a cell phone on eBay. I ran into this problem
a couple of years ago, when you mentioned this, I checked with all of the
local companies and they would not allow me to use the phone because it
didn't have the GPS mechanism or some other thing they require here in the
United States. I don't know if that's still an issue, but it definitely was
a problem back then. Somebody on this list purchased one of those phones on
eBay and spent a long time trying to get their money back.

Just my two cents. Right now I'm not using a cell phone, but I am on the
lookout for a practical one. Since I don't use cell phones are lit all I'm
thinking about going with Tracphone, but so far I haven't found any of their
phones that have Bluetooth capability in conjunction with the voice
commands. It could be that I'm misreading the information, though.
