I have had my SP cath for quite a few years now & if it gets pulled then I 
might get a little bleeding & irratation. If it's a little irritated when I go 
to the Dr. she with cauterize around the stoma with a silver nitrate stick, 
then it clears up until the next time that it gets pulled.
