My cord that makes the bed move up & down got torn apart. It sort of got fixed. The head will go down & that is all it will now do on its own.
I have called the store that sold me the bed & they want a $45 service to come out & see what they need to order. I know what needs replacing but they still want that money. So guy was supposed to come Monday. It is now Thursday & haven't heard a word from them. Is there a place I can order the cord? Or do I have to go thru the store? KK
