That's the right site.  They added a trademarked "Chair Flights" name to the 
site and list all the agencies they *hope* to be able to someday help, it seems.

They aren't yet flying.  If you can't get the site to open, it begins with:

         Our Mission
Mobility Air Transport is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing air 
travel for people who use wheelchairs, but cannot or do not fly on commercial 
airlines.  Our fares will be priced comparable to standard airline coach fares.

(NOT FLYING YET! Currently raising money to buy 1st plane.)
