They require some dexterity to hit the little button. Definiutely, do not buy one unless you can use it. You may want a usb headset to your cell or computer. It is one of the things you need to try out your self before you buy. My son uses the ear speaker & mic. My hearing is roaring all the time & I have lost upper hearing in one ear & lower hearing in the other. So I currently use a headset. It covers only one ear but it is totally covered so I can hear without moving the phone around on my ear. Is there a headset for a Bluetooth phone? I'm sure the headset I have now will fit but now is the time to ask for all the goodies that go with the new phone. KK
