Hi Todd, I'm going to say the best suppository is Magic Bullet, other people will tell you different because it has been battled many times here! Probably the one you could get at the drug store would be dulcolac suppository, which is the same medication just a water base instead of oil base therefore dulcolac works a little slower than Magic Bullets. Then every ones bodies don't work the same so you just have to try & experiment yourself. A lot of people like the Eneemeze, which are tiny enemas & supposedly works lots faster.
