I have seen numerous discussions on this before, but I really need to get
off my dead rear end and get a cell phone which I can use. What I'm looking
for is a telephone that can be operated by voice. Answering shouldn't be a
big issue, because the majority of the phones have a feature that allows for
automatic answering. As for calling, I would like to be able to talk into a
hands-free headset (not a Bluetooth) and simply say, "call my brother."

Does anyone have any recommendations? I checked with Trac phone (I would
correct the spelling, but I don't want to add it to my voice profile) and
they don't have this type of telephone. Right now I'm using a phone with a
Bluetooth and have the ability to answer phone calls, but I cannot place
phone calls in case of an emergency. Since I am out and about at least an
hour and a half a day, it is vital that I have the ability to call someone
if I run into some issues with my wheelchair. This wasn't much of a problem
before because my wheelchair had never just quit for no reason, like you did
the other day, but now I am concerned it might happen again.
