I found these directions for Vista 64 bit. Install Microsoft Intellipoint.

Download the software from http://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm Follow directions below for button assignments. Sorry 4 any confusion. Works on w7 laptop and desktop units.
